Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or placing an order on SocialBoost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
You may register as a Retail or Wholesale account. Wholesale pricing requires meeting each service’s minimum order quantity. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Orders & Fulfillment
Orders are placed through your wallet balance and are reviewed before processing. We aim to begin fulfillment promptly, but delivery times can vary by service and platform and are not guaranteed. Do not place an order for a private, deleted, or otherwise inaccessible profile or post — we can’t fulfill orders we can’t reach.
Wallet & Payments
Wallet top-ups are requested through your Dashboard and confirmed manually. Funds added to your wallet are intended for use on SocialBoost services; refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatic.
Prohibited Use
You may not use SocialBoost to target accounts or content you don’t own or have authorization to promote, to violate a platform’s own terms of service in a way that could get your account penalized, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the service.
Service Availability
We may add, remove, or change services and pricing at any time. We’ll do our best to honor already-placed orders at the price you paid; future orders are priced at the rate shown at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
SocialBoost is provided as-is. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and others) that affect delivered services, including followers or views removed due to those platforms’ own enforcement actions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time by contacting us.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of SocialBoost after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
